Gemini found it necessary to offer clients a full package covering any part of a build, from financing, planning applications, drawings, through to a finished bespoke, ‘turn-key’ solution.
To achieve this we have formed the Gemini Group consisting of GSA, a local financial services company with a vast portfolio ranging from leasing to block discounting and commercial loans and the formation of a General Contracting Division. GSC which includes a Commercial Building Manager and Architect who each have 25 years of extensive construction experience, managing small developments to projects in excess 20 million pounds. GSC’s service include CAD drawings and planning applications, site clearance, groundwork, drainage, construction and fitting out together with a complete building and highway maintenance service.
