What are the steps to planning and constructing a steel building? Your Gemini Steel Buildings Ltd Steel Building representative will walk you through the entire process beginning with design. We’ll ask you about the size and shape of the building, type of roof and interior walls, number and placement of doors and windows as well as exterior finishing materials. Blueprints are then created based on the design and local building codes. Your steel building
is then pre-engineered at the factory and shipped to your construction site. All parts are pre-drilled and ready to be assembled. After the concrete foundation is poured, construction begins.

How do I go get blueprints for my building? Not all dealers provide blueprints. Gemini Steel Buildings Ltd provides engineered, blueprints included in the building’s purchase
price.

Q1 What if I don’t know what type of a building I need?
Identify the building’s needs; whether it’s for a shop, warehouse, plant, garage, etc. It’s as simple as length, width, height and building use. If you’re still not sure of the size or specifications, don’t worry – we’re here to help.

Q2 Can I choose the design and color of my building?
Yes. We will design a building according to your needs and specifications and will discuss it with you until we receive your final approval of the blueprints. You will also be able to choose from a panel of shades and colors.

Q3 Can you deliver my building right to my door?
Yes. we are able to deliver our buildings anywhere throughout the the UK

Q4 How long will it take to get my building delivered?
You tell us when you want the delivery of your building, and we’ll work with you to make sure it happens on time.

Q5 Can I put windows and doors on my steel building?
Yes. All of our designs may be customized to integrate windows, doors, lights, vents, and many more. Let us know what you want and we will be glad to help you customize your building.

Q6 Are the steel frames safe and secure?
Yes. All building frames are engineered to meets the demands of all building codes, weather conditions and custom designs. What’s more, contrary to wooden frames, steel formations do not change under the influence of weather and any other outside conditions so your building will remain in great shape for years.

Q7 What are your Terms & Conditions?
Payment Terms
Deposit – 30% of Kit price on ordering kit
Balance payable 5 working days prior to delivery (cash or bankers draft only)
Deposit – 30% of Build price on instigation of works, remainder to be paid on completion.

Notes
Delivery is to front of property only unless there is sufficient are for the delivery truck to turn around on your property.
Said kit remains the property of the supplier until fully paid for.
The purchaser agrees to accept the said kit within three weeks of ordering.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to connect the building to storm water connections.
In the event of a material price rise by the material manufacturer, the purchaser agrees to pay the increase.
Any prices quoted will be based on information provided by the client, until a site visit is undertaken to verify site feasibility.
No measures to comply with boundary wall conditions, or spread of flame, will be taken into consideration at time of quote.
