FMS MOT Building based in Stafford

Winning a competitive tender was the lead to the Gemini Group being contracted to demolish, breakout and clear an existing building to replace it with a new Class 7 MOT station, workshop, reception and office to our local MOT station.

Starting with a complete site clearance and demolition of the existing building, breaking out of the existing concrete base, forming a new substructure approved by the Local Authority which included deep piling combined with a ring beam and raft flooring system. The Gemini Group also provided and supported the client and acted as the agent for the provision of all of all Local Authority planning and building regulations.

The completed project has produced a Class 7 MOT bay, one large workshop, ground floor reception, store and office, first floor office, meeting room and wet room.
