Gemini Group came into being May of 1985, trading from the West Midlands, from premises that remain in our ownership.

Gemini identified a niche market that was undeveloped and predominently within the catering fraternity. Finance to purchase or develop catering establishments that may not have sufficient financial information to satisfy the mainstream lending sources.

This combined with the issues of a lack of knowledge of developing fast food take outs and restaurants and their requirements Gemini Construction was launched albeit initially under the banner of NIDON Building Contractors.

The company quickly gained a reputation for providing excellent services as a one stop shop, with architects, soil and ground investigation teams, ground works crews and construction teams all under the one roof, the ability to then finance those products and services gave us the edge over competitors.

Over the years Gemini has developed each area of work and with suitable and qualified leads, in order to ensure the expertise in each field is well above the norm.

As time has passed Gemini has been involved with many forms of construction and some 5 years ago were asked to sheet buildings for a large hot rolled steel building manufacturer as a sub-contractor, this led to small amounts of steel erecting then complete steel erecting and sheeting to setting out on virgin sites.

So 2006 Gemini entered into negotiations with Capital Steel Buildings Ltd to become a distributor in its own right taking on an area based in the West Midlands.

Gemini Steel Buildings Ltd was formed early part of 2007 with its first build in August at project sum in excess of £750K completed on time and within budget, with expansion plans being developed for early 2009. Gemini are now authorised suppliers to JCB, Drayton Manor Park, Arnold Clark, Charles Clark, Local Authorities, The Heritage Council, local and national developers of all sizes, and not to forget our major client base from members of the general public, householders for small garages and storage units.
Gemini along with our corporate body are now forging ahead, developing new products for niche markets, with fundamental changes due in the New Year.

Refinancing Specialists

The facility enables the business to Raise Immediate Cash from equity tied up in Plant & Machinery, Motor & Commercial Vehicles and Equipment. WHAT IS LEASING?
